Drapers' Goblet

In summer/autumn of 2024 the Company of Entrepreneurs, one of the youngest livery companies in the City of London, commissioned seven young silversmith to design and manufacture a silver goblet honouring the seven main patrons of the Company.
The goblet we were asked to make has been decicated to the Drapers Company, one of the founding patrons. The Drapers Company of one of The Great Twelve Livery Companies and has a big impact with it's charitable work.
The design has the flowing nature of cloth casually being draped and twisted around whilst it still maintains a simplistic geometric shape. On the stem of the goblet there are gild decorations referring the Drapers Company and the Company of Entrepreneurs.
